Shame was the mantle I put on this morning. I am being reminded that we were made for more. Shame doesn't define me, You do. Teach me to shed that old skin. Keep speaking Your truth over me. I praise you, Lord because You alone can make all things new.

Thanks for being here Sarah, consistently, every Monday. Because this week, this day, I was tempted to skip that adoration. Thank you for reminding me that when I don't feel it is when I need it most.

Sara, Thank you for the encouragement you've offered on this Monday - to make His thought and His ways - mine. Beautiful! Cherie

Wow. What a wonderful site to come across. I am fighting a battle for my son and legal websites and meetings with attorneys are at war with the faith I have in God and the love I have for him and my son. I know that I am in his life as his mother for a reason and sometimes it does feel like I am alone in that knowledge. Thank you for pouring out your heart. It has touched mine and I feel renewed.

Lovely blog! I am so in favor of intentionally loving. While poking around here today I saw "Arch's" in one of your comments and thought, "Well, that can't be *my* Arch's." Then I saw your photo in this post and knew that small O in the corner before getting to the end of the post and seeing photo credits. I live in Charlottesville. Looks like you have moved but so fun to see these beautiful posts and read about caring for those beautiful children! I hope to marry and adopt one day so I especially enjoy reading others' experiences and their encounters with our Creator.

[...] Practice Adoring Him (and take her with you). Adoration gives new perspective, for our littles and for us. My children love curling up, pajama-clad, tucked in Daddy and Mommy’s arms, and adoring God through His Word. (I write more about this on the post Showing Up.) [...]
